Arçelik Refused to Provide Spare Parts for My 6230H Dishwasher After 10 Years



Dear Arçelik Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of spare part and service support for my Arçelik dishwasher, model 6230H. The detergent dispenser of the machine has malfunctioned. I have specifically chosen not to use unauthorized services and contacted your authorized service team for support. However, I was informed that since the product was manufactured 10 years ago, you no longer provide spare parts or service for it. Despite multiple calls, I was simply advised to replace the machine. Considering today’s economic conditions, expecting customers to replace such expensive appliances every 10 years is unreasonable. Such an approach does not reflect well on a brand with Arçelik’s reputation and history. I kindly request that the necessary spare part for my dishwasher be supplied and that appropriate service be provided. I am highly disappointed with the current level of support and wish to formally lodge this complaint.
