Arçelik Refrigerator Door Not Sealing - Freezer Defrosting Problem

I bought an Arçelik refrigerator and have been facing serious issues since the day I purchased it. The doors do not seal properly, and they constantly fail to close completely. Because of this, the freezer compartment often remains slightly open, causing the refrigerator to defrost. In the most recent incident, the freezer door opened on its own, ruining all the meat inside, and the accumulated meat juice in the drain tank created an unbearable smell throughout the house. The drain tank is designed in a way that only the service can remove it, so I cannot clean it myself. I have called the service 2–3 times, and each time the same team came and provided only a temporary fix by placing a wooden wedge under the door, relying on gravity instead of solving the actual problem. No permanent repair has ever been done. Moreover, despite having an extended warranty, these issues have not been resolved. The door and drain tank problems have existed since the first day, and my frustration continues. I expect Arçelik to remove and clean the drain tank and permanently fix the door issue. I request compensation for the financial and emotional distress this situation has caused.
