Arçelik Oven Inner Glass Layer Exploded!! What Kind of Nonsense Is This?

Although it was under warranty, they took a deposit for the glass fee and went away, they said that it would be like this because the oven was hit, I mean, how can the oven be hit on the inner glass? I turned it on and it fell apart, moreover, it was empty inside, this is the height of victimization. I will seek my rights as a consumer wherever necessary. Both the glass explodes out of nowhere, damaging my property and my life, and I bear the consequences. What kind of nonsense is this?

I was contacted about this issue last week and was told that I would receive a follow-up. When they brought and installed the glass over the weekend, I had to pay the remaining amount. Moreover, I am hesitant to use the oven because I am afraid the glass will break again. Despite the fact that this issue is not my fault and the product is still under warranty, I had to pay. I was told that the inner glass breaking is not covered under warranty. I don't understand how an issue that is not caused by the user is not covered under warranty. What does the warranty cover then? I am expecting a follow-up regarding this issue.
