Arçelik Buharika 7800 Spare Part Stock Shortage

I sent my Arçelik Buharika 7800 device for service, only to discover that the hose was broken and no new parts were available. I used to prefer Arçelik since they always stood by their products. Now that my formerly trouble-free machine is worthless, I intend to file a consumer complaint across all platforms. They did not provide any alternate solutions. It's very frustrating that spare parts for a device that isn't particularly old are unavailable. My trust in the brand has been damaged. At the very least, they might have offered a significant discount on the new model.
