Arçelik Dishwasher Service Left My Appliance in Worse Condition

On February 2, 2024, I received service from the Edirne Keşan Arçelik Authorized Service Center to fix the start/stop button on my dishwasher. During a prior inspection, I was informed that only the button was faulty, and the rest of the machine was in good working order. They initially charged me ₺650 for the service. However, the technician couldn’t install the button and said the entire front panel needed replacement, raising the total cost to ₺1000. I agreed. While I was at work, the technician told my spouse that the machine’s circuits had burned out and forced the panel into place with screws. Now, the dishwasher only works on one program. Despite reporting this to their complaint channels, I have yet to receive a response.
