Arçelik Dishwasher P1 ERROR Misdiagnosis - Refund Demand

Due to a P1 error on my Arçelik dishwasher, I called the authorized service. The product was out of warranty, and I paid ₺650 as a fault diagnosis fee. The service claimed the issue was with the control board and quoted ₺4,200 for a replacement. I declined the repair. Later, I purchased a new board myself, but discovered that the problem was not with the board. Instead, it was caused by a broken thin cable connected to the board, which I identified and repaired myself. Due to this misdiagnosis, I ended up spending a total of ₺2,500 unnecessarily. I am requesting a refund of the ₺650 I paid to the service. In fact, their incorrect guidance led me to spend ₺2,500. I am filing a complaint against Arçelik for this issue.
