Arçelik 9100M Washing Machine Damaged My Laundry with Rubber and Rust Stains
I have been using the Arçelik 9100M model washing machine for 18 months, and problems began within the first few months. Initially, the machine was taking the softener along with the detergent, and the service team came to change the detergent compartment. Despite this, the service had to return three more times. Later, smoke started coming out of the machine during a wash cycle, and the service replaced the drum seal. Now, the machine is leaving black sticky rubber and rust stains on the laundry, as shown in the photos I have provided. I request that the washing machine be replaced.

It was communicated that you would be informed when a return call was made from your center, but your service called and said that the device replacement was not approved and that the bellows rubber would be changed. How will the rust problem be solved by changing the bellows rubber? What kind of uninformed service is this?
