Dusty Clothes After Washing in Arçelik 9100 M Washing Machine
Since we started using the Arçelik 9100 M Washing Machine, we have been facing a recurring problem of our clothes coming out excessively dusty after each wash. This issue continues to persist despite all of our diligent efforts. We are particularly concerned about the gradual loss of color, which is especially noticeable in our black clothing and socks. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was promptly redirected to the technical support team. Nevertheless, they insisted that there was no apparent malfunction and declined to take any measures. I kindly request a replacement for my machine.
