Arçelik 9123 NMG Washer Vibration Complaint

My Arçelik 9123 NMG washing machine was transported to the technical service center due to a malfunction. They claimed to have changed the drum, but when it returned, the machine began shaking violently throughout each spin cycle. We reported this issue again, and the technician who arrived for inspection advised that it could be due to overloading; nevertheless, the machine displayed the same vibrations even when empty. He then remarked that the machine's outside panels would need to be changed. When they returned, only the front outside panel was replaced. While this slightly reduced the noise, the machine continued to vibrate significantly throughout consecutive wash cycles, particularly at 800 RPM.

When we contacted customer service about the problem, the representative stated that unequal weight distribution could be the root cause. However, the machine continues to vibrate even when empty (but not usually). As a result, despite our trust in the technical service professionals and customer care, we have been unable to find a solution from our preferred Arçelik brand. Furthermore, the unpleasant behavior of several technical service professionals has further increased our sadness.

"From the day my problem started, my interactions with Arçelik customer service have always been positive. First of all, I would like to thank them very much. Also, the authorized service at Soyak Emar in Istanbul is amazing. They solved my problem and gave approval—thousands of thanks to the authorized service there. However, the authorized service in Istanbul Ataşehir is quite inconsiderate, uninterested, and does not even take into account the directions from customer service. They responded to me by saying, 'There is no problem with your machine, we are not coming, just so you know,' and they do not care about the customer at all. It is an authorized service that does not add value to the Arçelik brand. Fortunately, my problem was solved with the Soyak Emar service. I would like to thank the Arçelik customer representatives for their patience and understanding in helping me get through this period calmly and for their close attention to my problem. If all your authorized services focus on solving problems rather than creating them like your Soyak Emar service, we would all be satisfied. Thank you, Soyak Emar Arçelik."
