On November 9, 2025, I purchased an Arçelik 283614 IEB model refrigerator from an Arçelik store, and the service team came to install it on November 15. During delivery, I noticed that the refrigerator’s legs were loose and informed the technicians, but they did not fix it, so I had to adjust it myself after they left. Later, when I opened the apartment’s fire escape door, I discovered that the service team had dumped all the packaging waste there, which caused problems with the building management. The technician did not take the waste to the garbage area, and at 60 years old, I had to carry all the packaging down from the 6th floor by myself. I reported the issue to Arçelik’s live support and official email on November 16 and was told they would look into it, but I never received a response. On November 19, I received a call from Arçelik’s official number, but the caller hung up without speaking. I called back and explained the situation again, yet still received no follow-up. I have used Arçelik products before, and the service team always removed the packaging waste; this time, the lack of care and the inconvenience I experienced truly upset me. After paying ₺48,000 for this product and service, I expect Arçelik to apologize and resolve this issue properly.
