Arby’s Steak Nuggets Were Tough Chewy and Had a Bad Aftertaste

I visited the Arby’s drive‑thru in Robinson, IL today (09/19/2026) and ordered the steak nuggets with hash browns. Although the product looked just like it does in the advertisements, the steak pieces were very tough and chewy and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth, making the meal very unpleasant to eat. My family and I are very frequent customers of Arby’s, especially at the Robinson, IL and Vincennes, IN locations, and we normally enjoy your food. This experience, however, was far below the quality we expect from Arby’s. I am requesting a refund for this meal and would appreciate it if you could review the product quality at this location so that similar issues do not happen again.
