Missing Items In Burger King Order
On May 22, 2026, around 11:00 a.m., I went through the drive‑thru at the Burger King in Sherman, Texas and placed an order that totaled about $23. My order included a French toast meal, a sausage biscuit meal, a big burrito meal, and one extra burrito. Despite this, I did not receive everything I paid for. When I got my food, there were no potato rounds included and I did not receive any syrup for the French toast. In addition, we only received two drinks instead of three. Since several items that were part of my meals were missing, I essentially received only about half of my order. The restaurant also did not give me a receipt, so I have no order or store number to refer to. After noticing the issue, I tried to resolve this by calling the restaurant multiple times, but my calls were not answered. I also attempted to reach Burger King corporate, but I could not get through on the phone there either, so I have been unable to get any support regarding this situation. Considering the number of missing items and my unsuccessful attempts to contact both the restaurant and corporate, I believe I am owed a refund for the entire meal. I request that Burger King refund my full order amount or otherwise compensate me appropriately for the missing food and the inconvenience I experienced.
