Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich Contains Burnt and Suspicious Meat

On March 23, 2025, at around 9:00 PM, I ordered two roast beef baguette meals from the Arby’s Zorlu Center location. The products I received had burnt meat, and the inside was excessively greasy. In addition, there were greenish areas on the meat that resembled fish skin, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective.
I did not notice this issue while eating the first sandwich, but when I saw the abnormal appearance on the meat in the second sandwich, I returned the product to the restaurant and left. I paid approximately $8 for this order.
Since this situation directly concerns my health, I request that the meat products and ingredients used in this menu be thoroughly inspected and that I be informed of the results. I also ask that necessary precautions be taken to ensure that similar issues do not put other customers’ health at risk.
