Arby's Bad Food And Service, And I Got Sick
On the evening of May 8, at around 7:00 p.m., I visited the Arby’s on Power Road in Mesa, Arizona and ordered the brisket BBQ meal, which cost approximately 11 dollars. When I ate it, the meat tasted off, as if something was wrong with it, but I had already started eating. There were only two employees working at the time, service was very slow, and the overall experience did not feel safe or properly managed. Around 6:00 a.m. the following morning, I developed clear symptoms of food poisoning, and I strongly suspect it was from the brisket BBQ I ate at this location, given the unusual taste and the timing. This was a very unpleasant and worrying experience for me. I am requesting that this incident be investigated by management, especially regarding food handling and product freshness at this branch, and that I receive a clear response about the findings. My main purpose is to inform you so that necessary measures are taken and no other customer has a similar issue in the future.
