I Waited Weeks for My Order Due to Cargo Delay
On 07.07, I ordered a bathroom set from Trendyol as a gift for my friend's house. The seller shipped the product on 09.07 and it was on its way. When I saw the delivery date and shipment information, I immediately called ARAS Cargo customer service because the delivery date was August 6th. You heard that right. My order date was July 7th, the shipment date was July 9th, and the delivery date was August 6th, almost exactly a month. I couldn't believe it and called customer service. They said the product would be delivered on July 11th. Don't worry about the delivery date; it will definitely arrive. My product wasn't delivered on July 11th. When I looked at the shipment information, I noticed it had been sitting in the same place for 3 days. Either it's lost, or they really plan to deliver it on August 6th. When I contacted them, they told me to contact customer service, etc. They still don't care. They say it won't work today, call me tomorrow, and they don't care. I ordered the product, and the seller delivers it incredibly fast. What are the people suffering from Aras cargo when they cannot buy cargo and deliver it to us? I wonder how many people choose Aras cargo in Trendyol or other online shopping sites. Please give the consumer a choice.
