I Was Never Delivered My Trendyol Order

The product I purchased from Trendyol was sent to me via Aras Cargo, but when it arrived at the distribution branch, it was sent back without being delivered. I didn’t receive any notification or delivery attempt before the return, which made the situation even more confusing. When I first called, they said the product would be delivered on Tuesday, but when I went to pick it up on Saturday, they said it had been sent back and it was never delivered. Despite multiple efforts to contact customer service, I couldn’t get a clear explanation or solution.
