Apple Issued Refund for Game Purchase but Payment Still Missing
I purchased a game from the App Store, but I was not satisfied with it and requested a refund. The refund was approved, but the money has not been returned to my account. On the invoice, it shows that I bought the game on September 28, and that the refund would be processed on September 29, but the payment still has not appeared in my account. I also have documentation proving my purchase.
I request that my refund be completed as soon as possible.
