My AirPods Pro 2nd Gen Had Issues, Warranty Denied

I purchased AirPods Pro 2nd Gen from Vatan Bilgisayar four months ago. The bottom tip of the earbuds kept coming off, and I also experienced sound issues. I sent them in for warranty service, but I was told it was a user error, and they asked me to pay ₺3,800 for repairs.
How can a part randomly coming off be considered user error? This issue should clearly be covered under warranty. Instead of providing support, I’m being asked to pay for what seems to be a manufacturing defect. My AirPods are still waiting in warranty service, and I demand a fair resolution. Apple, please address this issue and honor the warranty without charging me unfair fees.
