I've been using a MacBook Air M2 for the last 4 months. All of a sudden, these lines showed up on my screen and I had to go to the warranty service center. But surprisingly, they said it was because of a small damage on the case and blamed it on me. I've been really careful with my laptop, but they still wouldn't cover it under warranty.  I've been taking good care of my MacBook Air M2 since I got it because I'm a loyal and responsible user. It's really frustrating to be blamed for the screen problem when I've been careful with it. Please show me that you care about your customers and want to earn my trust back. I assure you it wasn't me who did all those.
