Apple MacBook Warranty Issue: Scratches, Manufacturing Defects

I purchased an Apple M2 chip MacBook from the Tuna Elektronik store via Trendyol on December 11, 2023. Unfortunately, I noticed scratches caused by the screen touching the keyboard. Concerned about this issue, I took the computer to the Zorlu Centre Apple store. However, they informed me that the existing damage was not covered by the warranty, even though they acknowledged that it was a manufacturing defect caused by Apple. According to standard procedures, a device with this kind of error should be replaced with a new one, but they insisted on not repairing it. I also attempted to resolve the issue through my insurance company, as I had insured the product with Axa Insurance through Trendyol Insurance. My insurance package covers up to 2 repairs per year and 1 replacement per year. I requested a repair under this coverage, but they denied it, claiming that the existing damage did not prevent the use of the device. I've been dealing with this problem for about a month now without finding a solution. I believe it's unfair to go through such a hassle when I could have purchased a more affordable product and replaced it if needed, without the extra cost of insurance. I urgently request a resolution to this problem.
