My Apple MacBook Pro Shuts Off During Use

I'm writing to tell you about a problem with my 2019 MacBook Pro, which I bought with a warranty. Recently, right after the warranty ran out, the device suddenly turned off while I was watching a video, even though it had been working fine until then. I didn't do anything that could have caused the problem, and there wasn't any damage because of something I did wrong. I'd like Apple to look at my device and figure out if the problem was caused by user error. Also, it would be very helpful if you could arrange for any repairs that need to be done. I'm sure that your team of experts will be able to take care of this problem quickly and effectively. Thank you for paying attention.
