Apple iPhone 14 Pro Technical Support Problem

Think twice before purchasing Apple products. While the product quality is undeniable, their approach to technical service can be frustrating. I own an iPhone 14 Pro, a US device. When my cable stopped working, I contacted Apple Support. Unfortunately, they informed me that they couldn't assist with US devices. I explained that the issue was solely with the cable, and Apple uses the same cable worldwide. Despite my efforts, they insisted on refusing support for US products. I reiterated that my complaint was about the cable's charging issue, not the device itself. However, their response was that as long as the product has US origins, they don't differentiate between the cable and the device. Frustrated, I turned to the Arbitration Committee for assistance. I'll share the outcome once it's resolved.
