Apple Exchange iPhone 13 Came with Dust Particles in the Camera

I bought an iPhone 13 device from the Apple website, but the device was defective and I sent it back. They told me that they sent me a brand new product, but this time the replacement product, the iPhone 13, had dust particles in its top camera lens. Definitely think twice before buying an Apple phone. When I called, I was told that we cannot exchange it again, but the customer service advisor told me that even if it is a replacement product, if it is still defective, you can exchange it and return it.
