Apple Still Can't Locate My Lost iPhone 13 Pro Max

On June 11, 2023, my iPhone 13 Pro Max was stolen from my wife's backpack by two women at the LCW store in Istanbul's Kağıthane Axis Mall. Until June 12, 2023, my phone remained offline, but at around 3:42 PM, I received a message stating, "Lost iPhone 13 Pro Max found today at 15:42. View the location: www.iphone-tr.com/13promax." When I clicked the link, it directed me straight to the iCloud homepage, and after entering my username and password, my phone disappeared entirely. When we contacted Apple's technical services, we learned that a representative casually told us to click on the email and disregarded our plight. Apple's main interface is being exploited to facilitate customer distress and essentially aids thieves. We urge Apple to reach out to us to address this issue, rectify our loss, and initiate a proper investigation. The number from which the message originated is +676 89344**. Apple's negligence and failure to prioritize customer security are alarming, and immediate action is required to address this distressing situation.

How many days has it been, for goodness' sake, and the huge Apple hasn't responded? You increase prices 4 times in a month. You are a huge brand, and it's not nice to make your customers suffer this much. Why do we prefer Apple? Isn't it for safety and reliability? Over the years, your reliability has vanished. Using the big Apple brand, X people securely access our iCloud account to reach our lost device, and our phone gets lost. Your friends arrogantly tell us that we need to click on that message and that it's none of your concern, etc. etc. Apple has neither reliability nor customer satisfaction left. We had a new 4-month-old baby, and I had bought a device as a birth gift for my spouse! I wish, oh I wish, I hadn't chosen you. You are clearly in collaboration with the thief!
