When I clicked the link, it directed me straight to the iCloud homepage, and after entering my username and password, my phone disappeared entirely. When we contacted Apple's technical services, we learned that a representative casually told us to click on the email and disregarded our plight. Apple's main interface is being exploited to facilitate customer distress and essentially aids thieves. We urge Apple to reach out to us to address this issue, rectify our loss, and initiate a proper investigation. The number from which the message originated is +676 89344**.
