Apple refuses to replace my malfunctioning iPhone 11

On 11/20/2022, I made a purchase from Vatan Computer Company for an iPhone 11, with a capacity of 64 GB. Six days later, however, I took my phone to the Zentech company in Gaziantep, where a thorough check was performed because the sound was being transmitted intermittently and distortedly. It was reported that an update was required and that it had been updated, but the issue persisted, so on December 13, 2022, it was sent to the hub in Istanbul. In this case, they followed the same procedure and returned my product to me on 21/12/2022, but the issue persists and a camera malfunction was discovered. Apple told me there was a problem with the product and that I could return it to their Gaziantep office, where the Zentech company is located, along with the required paperwork, in exchange for a brand new one. There, he told me he hadn't sent everything back to the guarantee because he hadn't provided the proper paperwork. And I'm hoping to replace it soon. If the phone fails to function properly within 6 months, the company is obligated to replace it, as far as I am aware. However, they did not provide me with an updated version of the product and instead treated me like a puppet. Please replace it and apologize.
