Apple Demanded ₺34,000 to Fix My iPhone 13 Pro After a Software Update Error



After installing the new software on my iPhone 13 Pro phone that I bought from Apple, I received the 4013 error and I took the device to the main offices in Apple Zorlu Center on September 15, 2024. They said they would examine it and I gave the device to them, 10 minutes later they came and said that there was a hardware failure in the device and asked for an incredible fee of ₺34,000 + VAT for repair. Although there were no scratches, drops or errors on the device, Apple is asking for a fee close to the price of the device due to this problem caused by its own software error after just installing new software. I have doubts about this issue, just like the software that we have encountered before, which lowers the battery level. I wonder if Apple wants previous generation devices to become problematic in order to sell new devices. There are hundreds of cases like mine on the internet, including abroad.
