Apple Delayed My Annual Membership Refund for Nearly 60 Days

Because I accidentally purchased in-app purchases in the Excel application from the App Store, they deducted the annual membership amount from my account. Thereupon, I contacted customer support and requested that they cancel this, my request was accepted on September 16th and it was reflected as your refund was made on the requests page. I waited for my refund to be deposited into my account throughout the legal process. I had experienced such a problem before, but it was reflected in my account within 48 hours. Despite me stating this, they delayed me for 1 month and said that the process would be completed in 30 days since it was a purchase abroad, but there was no change. After the 30 days were up, I was able to meet with the senior department, and despite me meeting with 4 different people 3-4 times a week, they delayed me, each of them said that they were waiting for information from different departments, that their authority was limited, or that they were on leave the next day. When I wanted to talk to a more authorized person, they said that they were the most authorized person and that I could not talk to a more authorized person. My refund still has not been made. I am still being kept waiting, in other words, they said that they had an issue with billing within themselves. The paid part reflected on my screen is shown as pending on them, which is very interesting. I couldn't understand how one of the world's largest corporate companies like Apple could have such a problem with billing and solve a problem in such a long time. If the amount to be refunded was not important to me, I wouldn't have requested a refund anyway, but we are talking about an annual membership here. Despite me stating its importance to me, they still haven't expedited this process and haven't transferred it to the authorized unit yet. When I asked how they were going to compensate for this delay, they said they were trying to solve it, as if they were joking, the week will be 60 days and a refund problem shouldn't be solved in such a long time.
