Apple Airpods Audio Transmission Problem, No Sound Received

I have a problem with audio transmission with my Apple Airpods headphones. In other words, there is no sound in conversation and communication with Siri. Regarding this, I took the product to Apple Genius Bar before and when they checked it, they said there was no problem. I took it again yesterday and this time they said that the microphone of the device is dirty and only needs to be replaced. They said try one by one and replace whichever is problematic. So for each I will give 1,750₺, it will not be cleaned We use iPhone, iPad and Macbook Air by renewing as a family. I am amazed to receive such a solution proposal from Apple. What kind of approach is this when it is possible to repair it in any way? How can such a problem not be solved? It is unacceptable to say that you have to buy a new one.
