Apple AirPods 3 Earphones No Longer Charge




I bought my AirPods 3 earphones through Turkcell and sent it to warranty because of the problem that my earphones do not charge suddenly (after the reset process, it fills up to 10% and resets again). Due to the alleged deformation of my product, which was inspected by KVK, a large repair cost was requested from me. When I made a complaint and did not accept the result, I was called by KVK and they told me that they are examining the photos (the photo they took while sending them) and there is an opening in the earphones. I'm looking at the same photos, and I can't see an opening, where I said that opening, I couldn't answer and I wanted a detailed explanation. Then we were told to get back to you. In other words, my product is not damaged, there is no deformation, the copies of the photos are exactly the same in my hand, and it is a solid product, it is obvious that this is not due to user error, but they are trying to get money. How does the whole Apple company allow them to tarnish your name like this? If it was going to be like this, why would we prefer your brand by wasting so much money? As long as this problem continues like this, instead of giving that money to repair that headset, I will pay more money to another brand and remove the Apple brand from my life because that's a real disrespect!
