AirPods Pro 2nd Generation Doesn't Reflect Its General Quality
Assalamu Alaikum and have a nice day! I bought the AirPods Pro 2nd Generation headphones on April 21, 2023, about 9:35 p.m. I didn't know much about the product, but I believed it had the same feel as prior Apple products. I went to the Troy Company in Eskisehir's MediaMarkt Mall and described what I needed. I believed the product was touch-enabled, but the personnel advised me that it was not. They instructed me to return another day since they didn't have somebody to assist me with the return procedure. I am upset that they did not assist me, despite the fact that the company's website has a 14-day return policy. Because the product did not function for me, I will register a complaint with Apple. I assumed it was simply a touch product, but it turned out to be a compression touch product, which did not meet my requirements. I'm frustrated since Apple is a well-known brand, and this return issue should be rectified as soon as possible to preserve customer rights. Despite my rights to apply, no one assisted me with the return, and even the official stated that an opened goods cannot be returned. This surprised me, and I realized I should have done more research on the goods and the company before purchasing. I need a solution to this situation right now.
