PUBG Mobile Charged $54 but Never Delivered My UC
I made two UC purchases in PUBG Mobile through the Apple App Store, but neither purchase was credited to my game account even though the payments were successfully charged to my card. On March 30, 2026, I made a purchase for approximately $9, and on April 3, 2026, at 3:20 a.m., I made another purchase for approximately $45. In both transactions, the UC was never added to my account, even though the amounts were charged to my Kliq card, which I used as the payment method. I also have the invoices and order confirmation emails sent by Apple for these transactions.
I submitted a refund request through the Apple App Store, but my request was denied. I received neither the in-game UC I paid for nor a refund, so I believe I have been unfairly charged for products that were never delivered. I also called Apple Store customer support, and the representative I spoke with connected to my screen and reviewed all the details. They were very helpful and also created an additional support request on my behalf, for which I appreciate their assistance. However, despite all these efforts, the issue has still not been resolved.
I expect Apple to either credit the full amount of UC to my relevant PUBG Mobile accounts or promptly refund the total amount of approximately $54 charged to my Kliq card for these two transactions. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as I have paid for products that I never received.
