iPhone 17 Pro Max Back Panel Lost Its Color Within Days of Purchase

20Ten days ago, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Apple Store. Last night, I noticed color fading on the back of the device. I’ve handled the phone with great care since the day I bought it—there has been no impact, liquid contact, or use of any unconventional case. The discoloration appears to be constant and not caused by external factors.
I have not yet contacted Apple customer service, but I am already experiencing inconvenience due to the product’s condition. I am therefore requesting a replacement for the defective device. My purchase order number is w1301706954.
I kindly ask that this issue be evaluated under warranty and resolved as soon as possible.
