iPhone 17 Overheated and Died
In December, I purchased an iPhone 17 from the Apple Store Zorlu for approximately $1,586. As of today, my phone displayed an error due to extreme overheating, shut down, and has not turned on again since. I took my device to the Apple Store Zorlu today, where a service request was created. The device serial number is listed on the service receipt as G22V7PL694.
I was told that my phone would not be returned until at least one week later. Even though I specifically explained that I would be going on vacation tomorrow and that I would be left without a phone during this period, Apple did not provide me with a loaner device despite the high price I paid for this product. I repeatedly explained my situation and the inconvenience I was facing, but they still did not offer any assistance.
I do not want to be left without communication during my vacation, and I am extremely concerned about experiencing such a serious failure with a device I purchased so recently. I request that the repair process be expedited as much as possible and that a permanent solution be provided to ensure that I do not experience the same issue again.
