iPhone 15 Plus Slowdown and Battery Issues After Update

Since the latest update, my iPhone 15 Plus has become significantly slower, and the battery life has noticeably decreased. Additionally, I am unable to use the Apple Store app. While it appears in the settings menu, it is missing from the home screen, preventing me from updating any of my apps.

This situation has disrupted my phone's functionality, and I am frustrated by the lack of a clear resolution. I rely on my phone for daily tasks, and these issues have made it inconvenient to use.
