After updating to iOS 18 on my iPhone 14 Pro, the touchscreen suddenly stopped working. The screen is completely unresponsive to touch, regardless of my efforts. Nothing changed after I let the battery die and restarted the gadget. This is very annoying, especially because the phone is still in its original condition, having never been repaired before being purchased. Furthermore, the guarantee remains in effect. After updating my iPhone 14 Pro device to iOS18, a touch problem occurred on my device. The screen touch does not work at all. It ran out of battery, turned it on and off but it didn't fix it. I bought my device brand new and it has not been repaired in any way. Although the warranty is still valid, I request that the brand redress my grievance.
