I Chose Installments at Apple Store but Was Charged in Full
On July 27, 2025, I made a purchase from the Apple Store online and selected the three-installment option, but the payment was charged in a single transaction. I called customer service, but they were no help. I still don’t understand why my order wasn’t processed in installments despite choosing that option. I specifically used my Bonus card because I’ve successfully made installment payments with it before. The store told me to contact the bank, and the bank told me to contact the store. Despite calling multiple times, no solution was offered. I received no support whatsoever to help resolve the issue as a customer.
