Pay Now, Regret Later! iPhone 15 Pro Cash Purchase Due to Wrong Info
On January 26th, I visited the İzmir İstinyePark branch to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro and inquired about installment options for commercial cards, but unfortunately, I was informed that it wasn't possible. Consequently, I made a single payment with my credit card. However, shortly after the purchase, I called customer service and learned that installment options were available for commercial cards. Feeling misled, I felt aggrieved. Two days later, when I sent a friend to confirm the situation at the store, the employees once again stated that installment options were not available for commercial cards. Due to this inconsistent information, I unnecessarily made a single payment.
