Apple's Silicone Case Fail in 4 Months
Hello, I purchased an original silicone case from the Apple Store for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. After about 4 months, the case began to peel and show color distortions. I showed the pictures to a technician, who concluded that it was due to user error. This isn't a user error, and this isn't my first phone case, but their response, based solely on images without proper examination, was quite strange. I'll spend the extra 100 tl on a case from now on and never use the original one again. I'm sharing my complaint in the hope that it will provide you with some insight into my experience. It's infuriating when a trusted brand, such as Apple, fails to stand behind its product, especially when the problem is clearly a product defect rather than a user error.
