Apple Tr Does Not Refund Me

I canceled my Mac mini order with www.apple.com.tr with M2 processor with the order number "W125247883" on apple.com.tr on 07.03.2023, realizing that I had chosen the wrong model after ordering the product. and after 2 minutes I canceled it, and although I received an instant cancellation e-mail, I did not spend it after it fell into the provision. It was deducted from my card and although I called many times today, Apple customer service said that the fault was with the bank and there was nothing they could do. I called the bank and they told me that the money was withdrawn by Apple and they gave me the confirmation code and reference number. Definitely do not shop from apple.com.tr, friends. I saw in the comments here that the cancellation refund has not been realized for weeks, I will take the necessary legal actions tomorrow. I want my money I can't wait for weeks for months to get my money back!
