Apple Store Gave Me Conflicting Information About My Order Payment
The transaction with authorization code 662982: Dear customer, a purchase of ₺99,999.00 was made at Apple Store R583 on 19/11/2024 at 04:01:39 using the card ending in 3940 (5428********3940). The order code is listed as 08502220724 B002 W1305334541.
Apple states that the payment was not completed, the transfer did not occur, and the order was canceled with no billing issued. However, VakıfBank claims the opposite, stating that the payment was successfully processed to Apple. VakıfBank further says that the amount will only be refunded if Apple processes a return, otherwise, I am expected to pay the credit for a transaction that didn’t go through. I am filing a complaint. I placed two orders with Apple today, and only this one encountered such an issue. I don’t know who is correct, Apple or VakıfBank, but I want my money refunded or my order fulfilled.
