I Report Unfinished Detailing and Verbal Abuse at Apex Premium Car Care



On October 30, I took my vehicle to Apex Premium Car Care – Kağıthane Çağlayan branch, paying ₺5,000 for a service package that included paint polishing, swirl mark removal, engine detailing, and seat washing. I dropped off the car at 10:00 AM and returned at 8:30 PM, expecting the promised results.
To my disappointment, only the seats had been washed and a basic polish applied. The swirl marks and fine scratches, which they had assured me would be completely removed, were still clearly visible. When I raised this issue, the person who introduced himself as the business owner responded rudely with remarks like, “Are you a mechanic?” and “Do you know better than me?”
This was deeply disrespectful and emotionally upsetting. I paid in good faith for professional service, but instead was misled and insulted. Not only did they fail to fulfill the service agreement, but they also showed zero accountability when confronted.
I demand a full refund of ₺5,000 or the complete service as originally promised, performed professionally and respectfully.
