I Report Paint and Wheel Damage After Detailing at Apex Premium Car Care

I took my vehicle to Apex Premium Car Care – Eryaman branch (Ankara) for a full detailing service, including paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior deep cleaning. I paid a significant amount with the expectation of receiving professional, high-quality service. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that.

After the pasta polish and ceramic coating, I noticed visible damage to my car's paint and scratches on the wheels and tires. Instead of owning up to the clear mistakes, the staff at Apex tried to blame me for the damage, showing zero accountability or customer care. The lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude added insult to injury.

This experience caused me both financial and emotional distress. I no longer trust the service, and I do not accept the condition in which my car was returned.

I demand a full inspection, reimbursement for the damages, and a written apology.
