I Report Apex Premium Car Missed Appointment and Lack of Follow-Up

On July 25, 2023, I booked a service appointment at Apex Premium Car. When I arrived on the scheduled day, I was told my vehicle couldn’t be taken in and that I needed to come back another day. I clearly explained that due to my job at a hospital, I couldn’t easily take more time off. Their only response was, “There’s nothing we can do.”

After this frustrating encounter, I contacted their support center and was told I had allegedly made the appointment for the wrong day. However, I have written proof showing the correct date. Following my complaint, I was contacted by the company owner, who asked me to withdraw the complaint and promised to make things right at a time that suited me.

However, despite reaching out again yesterday, I’ve received no response. It’s now clear to me that this company operates on empty promises and poor customer care. I’ve lost both time and trust in this brand.

I demand they honor their commitment and reschedule my missed service appointment at my convenience, or offer a refund or official apology.
