I Can't Reach Anker or Its Service Center After My Earbud Went Silent

I purchased my Anker Soundcore Life Dot 3 earbuds through Hepsiburada and paid around $21. Even though I used the product very carefully, one side has stopped producing sound for about a month now, and because of this, I can't use the product properly.
The product's warranty ended in November 2025, but I still tried to reach both Anker and the authorized service center for support. When I couldn't reach Anker's customer service, I learned that they were transferring me to KVK, but when I called KVK by phone, I couldn't reach anyone there either. When I visited Anker's Instagram account, I was directed to a WhatsApp technical service page, but I got no response from there either.
I've been put in a difficult position because one side of the product failed this quickly and because I can't get support through any channel. I am requesting that Anker and the authorized service center contact me, examine my earbuds, and resolve my complaint through repair or replacement if possible, and that the communication issues within customer service also be fixed.
