Anker Soundcore Life Q30 Hinge Crack Issue - Refund Or Replacement Request

I have been using my Anker Soundcore Life Q30 headphones since around February. Shortly after purchasing the product, I started hearing disturbing noises from the hinge area—even while eating. Because of this, I sent it to the authorized service under warranty in March. Although the service records stated “repair completed,” the headphones were returned to me in the exact same condition, with no signs of any intervention, and the hinge noise continued just as before. To avoid being without the product for a long time, I didn’t send it again immediately. However, after some time, the hinge cracked while I was simply putting the headphones on. The headphones were never dropped or exposed to any impact; this problem occurred entirely during normal use. When I contacted the technical service again, they told me they could replace the product with a new one for ₺2200, even though the market price of the headphones is already around ₺2000. I reacted to this approach and stated that I would apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board, then ended the conversation. When I decided to write on Şikayetvar, I noticed that there are dozens of people experiencing the same hinge issue, which makes me think the problem is due to material quality rather than user error. Since I absolutely do not want to use this product again, my primary request is a refund of the amount I paid. If a refund is not possible, I at least expect a free replacement under warranty. I believe the product is defective and that demanding a fee in this situation is not reasonable.
