Anker Soundcore Life Dot 3i Earbuds Lost Sound
In June 2022, I purchased an Anker Soundcore Life Dot 3i earbuds through Hepsiburada for approximately $18. There were no problems when I first purchased the product, but after four to five months, the sound from one of the earbuds became noticeably quieter. Approximately two to three months later, the same low-volume problem developed in the other earbud as well.
After blowing into and cleaning the ends of the earbuds, the sound from the right earbud improved somewhat, so I continued using only that one. However, the volume never returned to normal levels like it was when the earbuds were new, but I managed to get by using just one earbud. I was barely able to use the left earbud because of the low-volume problem.
After approximately four years, the right earbud completely stopped working and no longer functions at all. The left earbud had already been practically unusable for a long time because of its low-volume issue. As a result, I was able to use these earbuds effectively for no more than six or seven months in total.
I have started to wonder whether this model may have a recurring or chronic issue. I certainly did not expect to experience significant volume loss within such a short period of time, followed by complete failure, especially from a well-known brand. I am sharing this complaint both so that Anker can take my experience into consideration and so that similar issues can be identified if other users have experienced the same problems.
I would appreciate it if Anker would investigate why this product provided such a short and inefficient period of usable service and make the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.
