Anadolu Sigorta Verification Issues


Since February 27, 2024, my Supplementary Health Insurance policy has been active with Anadolu Sigorta. About a month ago, I tried to log in to the system because I needed it, but I received an error stating that my phone number could not be verified, both on mobile and web platforms. To verify my phone number, I wrote down the required information and statement on a white A4 paper and sent it to Anadolu Sigorta via mobile. On May 4, 2024, I received a message on my phone stating, "You can log in to the Individual Branch with the verification code ******." Today, when I tried to log in via the web, I received the same error message stating that my number could not be verified. When I tried to continue as a new member instead of logging in, and entered my T.C. Identity number, my phone number, and the correct date, and clicked on the register button, I received the error message again stating that my phone number could not be verified, even though I received the verification code on my phone. When I tried to register or log in via mobile, the system requested my information again on an A4 paper. Despite receiving the verification code on my phone, I cannot log in to the system. This absurd problem needs to be resolved.
