Among Us Hackers Freeze Epic Games Match and Trigger Unfair Ban

I have been experiencing frequent in-game hacking issues while playing Among Us via Epic Games. Recently, while playing as the Impostor, everything was going normally when the game was suddenly hacked—nobody could move, and since no one could continue playing, I was forced to leave the match.

Even though this was not my fault, the game issued me a 15-minute matchmaking ban. Because these hacking and freezing issues happen regularly, facing this unfair penalty severely ruins my experience as a player.

I demand that these hack attempts be prevented, that the unfair 15-minute ban be lifted, and that necessary security measures be implemented. I request an investigation into this incident from August 13 at around 3:22 AM, and that any negative effects on my account be resolved.
