Amazon Stanley Tumbler Order Still Not Shipped

On May 20, 2026, I placed an order through Amazon for a Stanley tumbler with a straw. Although the product page stated that the item would be delivered within three days, as of today my order has still not even been shipped. My order number is 402-0036381-2983557.

I specifically purchased this product as a birthday gift for my spouse, relying on the delivery time clearly stated on the product page. However, not only was the product not delivered on time, but I was also unable to receive any clear information about the status of my order. I tried to contact customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone or explain my problem. Since the price of the product has increased during this period, I have suffered both a significant loss of time and a financial disadvantage.

I paid $34 for this purchase by credit card. To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I request that my order be canceled immediately, that the full amount I paid be refunded, and that I also be compensated for the price difference resulting from the increase in the product's current price.
