Yet Again, Amazon Sent The Wrong Set of Bosch Drill Bits

With the order number 404-4744898-6837142, I bought a set of Bosch drill bits on November 21. I called customer service before I got the item and was told that the product in the pictures would be sent, but what I got was something else. The pictures they sent me of the product were not at all like the ones they showed me. Even though I'm a Prime member and shop there a lot, this is the second time I've had the same problem on amazon.com.tr, and I'm losing faith in the site. I want to be satisfied by getting the product that looks like the pictures. If that doesn't happen, I'll have to take this dishonest business practice to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
